Since our company’s foundation in 1860 we have gained a wealth of experience in refurbishment, restoration and conversion of properties.
Our team can manage projects if required, organising surveyors,
structural engineers and dealing with planning issues.
Many of the properties we restore and maintain are historic,
heritage and listed. Our expert trades team are fully
experienced to deal with problems which exist in older
properties.
Currently we are undertaking a multi million pound conversion
project involving the full refurbishment of 18 apartments with two
additional apartments being constructed to accommodate special
needs.
