Henry Hardy Builders is an approved contractor of Mould Growth Consultants to provide mould eradication and thermal insulation.

MGCs ground-breaking products and Sempatap insulation system should only be installed by fully trained and approved operatives.  We have a large team of  MGC approved Sempatap installers and mould eradicators.

Mould normally appears as a result of poor air circulation/extraction, dampness or 'cold wall bridging'. We work very closely with MGC who survey and specify the necessary requirements. Linked with our extensive building knowledge and experience, together with MGC, we have become a formidable team.

MGC has been an innovator in its treatment of homes which have previously proved hard to insulate and expensive to heat.  Walls, floors, and ceilings can be lined with this new highly-effective product enabling fuel bills to be reduced.
